Currently have no on demand, catchup, or apps. I am getting error code v210 which doesn't appear on the help pages.
I was supposed to be having a callback from 2nd line tech but they never did. I've reset v6 multiple times and hub, and done connect to virgin media service now after removing and reinstalling cables etc.
I have seen on another post that a VMTechLee said to somebody DM him as it was an activation issue? Could somebody check for me please?
