I have had a v210 issue for 6 weeks now (since install) no catch-up, on demand or apps available. An engineer visited two weeks ago, left without rectifying the issue and said they were raising a 'P Ticket'? Still not heard anything. Any ideas on what i can do to fix this? Keep getting cut off or turned away when ringing to try and fix it, and even getting cut off when trying to cancel the whole thing. Virgin have been impossible to deal with recently.
If you've already reported this to VM, and they've raised a ticket, I'd suggest persisting with calling back in - at least in the first instance. You may find that calling earlier in the day, before queues build up, makes it easier to get through.
