V202 error on all On Demand content

Yesterday we switched packages from an old legacy Mix bundle to the Maxit TV tier.

All the channels we didn't get before are now viewable, but when trying to access any On Demand content we get a V202 error:

'Show Unavailable

The show is not currently available. (V202)

Please try again in a few minutes.'

We've tried rebooting the V6 box multiple times and appliny the Channel Refresh in TV Care, but it still isn't working.

Is this the same for "CatchUp" content as well as stuff that's potentially "BoxSet"?

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
