Using Virgin Box 3.0 as Modem - No catchup or on Demand

I have stopped using the Virgin 3.0 HUB as Router & modem and now just modem mode.

I enabled modem mode at 192.168.0.1 connected an Ether net cable from number '1' port to 'Internet' port new Wireless router.

Powered on and off, white light changed to purple light on the HUB and the new wireless router is working great.

BUT the V6 TV box's have the double arrows 'Flashing', No catchup or on Demand available

When I go to Home>Help&Settings>Network> it says  'Network Connection Details: No Connection'

Have I connected something wrong? Is it a settings??

I assume I should still be able to have catchup & on demand with separate wifi wouter??

Re: Using Virgin Box 3.0 as Modem - No catchup or on Demand

Once in Modem Mode, all connections must go through your router.

How is the V6 connected to your router.

If Ethernet, it needs to terminate in your router, not the Hub 3.0.

If WiFi, you need to supply the V6 with your new router’s SSID and password.
