Hi I have been advised by the virgin media engineer I need to upgrade the old style box I've got. A message keeps coming up also saying to go to virgin media website but the link doesn't work. Any ideas how to get this sorted.
Assuming you had an engineer visit you and say this, he would surely have supplied one, there and then, if necessary.
Are you suggesting he left you without a TV service? If so, make arrangements for another visit to get it fixed.
