Upgrading my Tivo's to V6 boxes

I have 2 x Tivo's that I would like to replace/upgrade to V6 boxes.

What is the cost for this?

I already have 1 x V6 box BTW

Jon

Hi this is something you need to do on a phone as it will probably involve a new agreement and contract.Regards Micky

Re: Upgrading my Tivo's to V6 boxes

Hi jonnya,

You may want to look at regrading your package at the same time as you may be able to negotiate a better deal. Be aware though if regrading your package you will lose the extra kids channels unless you pay an extra £5 per month for them.

The newest channel list is here for comparison Channel Guide September 2020.pdf

You could try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of regrade  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.

You can also call  150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1 and 4 (Changes to your package) but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues
