How did you do the package amendment? I ask because if it was done by online/message platform then you need to have received an email confirmation before they're complete. Changes done by phone are usually immediate.
On your TiVo, follow Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels. This should refresh your EPG to match your package - if the channels don't show on your guide after that, then there's something awry with your account.
If these are Sky Sports channels, just make sure you're checking the SD versions from 511-520 unless you're paying the HD supplement.
