Upgraded but not received the channels

I upgraded earlier to the full house package and was told I would immediately receive the new channels and get emails to confirm. 3.5 hours later and not had any emails or the new channels. I've restarted my box, tried to contact virgin by online chat and phone to no avail. Please can anyone help???

Thanks for the post Lynzee and welcome to our community. 

 

When upgrading or downgrading such as this it can sometimes be 30 days notice until this fully goes through. 

 

Have you received any confirmation emails since your post?
