Trying to upgrade to V6 from TiVo,will not let me do online and try to get by phone is over an hour each time to be passed on then cut off?
Unless an online offer has opened up in the past couple of days and I've not spotted this, a TiVo > V6 swap isn't something that can currently be done online.
You'll need to call up Virgin C/S on 150 and, assuming you're outside a minimum contractual term then make sure you request a box-swap as part of a package renegotiation & new 18month term.
Follow the options on 150 for either "adding and removing services" or "thinking of leaving us"
