Upgrade Package

Hi,

I upgraded online with the offer in the picture. I waited in today to recieve a new TV v6 box but nothing arrived. With contacting online support chat, which is useless!! They said the offer has failed and unable to match. Even though it is still showing on my account????

Where do i go with this, no-one is free to talk anywhere!!!!

Really sorry that you've not had your box delivered, this isn't good. 

I'd also like to apologise in the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

I've not been able to locate your account to see if this hasn't been sorted for you since your post, so can I ask if the box has since arrived?
