Upgrade Channels

I upgraded my Virgin package on the 29th and have recieved the confirmation emails but the new channels are not showing in the guide. I've tried switching the box off and on.

Try following Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels.

If you've had the email confirmation of your account having been changed, this should do the trick.
