Unsent equipment

On Tuesday, October 27, 2020 I ordered Virgin Media Hub 3
Virgin TV V6 box
which was order number WS7252419. Unfortunately you only sent the Virgin Media Hub 3 which was very disappointing as I have not been sent an upgrade for years. Please could you advise me as to what has happened to my Virgin TV V6 box? Regards Reid.

Hi the situation with upgrading to a V6 box is you will need to negotiate a new contract so you must phone as it might be to your advantage. Regards Micky

Your statement in it's entirity is factually incorrect and not really a helpful reply as I did not need to phone to negotiate anything. 

I researched how to upgrade my very old hardware and the online process was simple. The v6 box was ordered automatically as part of the superhub 3 free upgrade process.

I now have now received the v6 box and still have not made any phone calls to your sales team.
