On 01/01/21 VM agreed an update to my existing package at no extra cost to my existing package.
The Hub 3 was delivered but I am still waiting for the V6 box to arrive.
Is this due to a shortage of V6 boxes or is it that the order has probably been overlooked.
Does anything show in the "my orders" section of your online account?

Checked - says it appears I have no open orders. Can I chase up though web chat or can you suggest a number I could phone.
