Unable to watch recordings

My  box froze a week ago and after I rebooted it we have been unable to watch recordings. All recordings are now pixelated and stuttering. Also if we pause a live channel and then start it we get the same issues.

Similar issues here but almost 2 months now. Not on every recording but its pretty regular, box now freezes and restarts as well. Trying to get through to CS at this time is understandably difficult which is why I put up with it for so long but it's getting ridiculous....

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now

Are your live TV channels ok? And does this affect all your recordings? Or are only old ones affected but new ones are ok?

It's potentially indicative of hard drive problems, which would only get worse over time.

Problem seems to have cleared after turning off the box and hub several times

Its old/new, on demand as well

Going down the network route first, maybe Wi-Fi issue.

Its been picked up by some of the staff on here and at least they're trying to sort it now and been quite helpful so far.
