Unable to access Virgin Media Store

Hope everyone is keeping safe and well

I have just had a replacement box 3 days ago. Went to access store and just get a black screen. 

Copied from a post April 2020 but seems to be same as my issue. 

i am having an issue accessing the virgin media store from my V6 box- when it loads I get a blank box come up that covers the screen and can’t do anything else-I can't press back I have to shut down then restart anybody else experiencing an issue?

Hi peternchris2000,

Do you have problems with any of the apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, You Tube, ITV Hub, All4?

Do you see any error message displayed onscreen?

If so you will probably get the same black screen, either straight away, or after adverts have finished playing.

This could be caused by incompatable HDMI cables.  virgin-tv-watching-4k-ultra-hd-content
