I am really sorry to hear you're currently unable to fully enjoy your TV experience. I am going to feedback your issue to the relevant team, to establish whether or not this is an error. Or if the broadcasters need to send us an update.
A month has gone by since I originally asked. I can't imagine it is a priority question but anything would be good. Daves biggest programme is not available on demand and I would have thought if you had agreed a deal for this you would be sorting it out.
Coming upto 2 months. I have worked out your method of fixing this as if you leave it long enough to get an answer all the series will have been repeated. Series 7 is being repeated this week so I am recording it again.
The thing is all the content was there after the dispute as I was using it. Then it's almost like Virgin have gone this is taking up too much space and maybe not used much so let's gp back to only the most recent stuff. I am up for renewal next month and with my salary being cut and the services getting worse I will be loking at my options for sure.
