a week ago
Just had my v6 TV box delivered this morning. All plugged in to set up and I'm stuck on 33% when loading channel info. Comes up with S102 error code.
Currently trying to call virgin but I've been stuck on hold for an hour at the moment!!
Anyone know what I need to do?
