Tv stopped working 3 weeks ago and no way to contact Virgin Media
What is going on in SE8 Feb/March 2019?
No proper TV service for 3 weeks. For 2 weeks this included intermittent broadband. Virgin, tell us the truth and stop fobbing us off with lies on your status site and useless off shore "Helpdesk" The likes of Sky and BT must be rubbing their hands together as Virgin Customers head their way.
