Tv package - HD Sky Sports?

Hi, it says on my tv package that i get sky sports hd but its only showing the sd channels?

Sky Sports HD are in EPG positions 501-509, SD is 510-519. Are you able to select any of the HD channels or are they greyed out?

On a V6, follow Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels

If that doesn't resolve, then the channels in question are not in your package.

Thanks for Posting this on our Forums, I am sorry you don't seem to have HD channels on your TV guide even though your package states you should! 

I can see Japitts has given some useful information above, has this helped in this case?
