Still no free to air tv in st4

Is anything reported on the automated status line, 0800 5610061?

If not, which specific channels are you missing (including HD/SD) and what exactly happens when you try to watch them?

I'm sorry to hear that you were having an issue with watching your TV services. There was a national outage that was resolved so a reboot should have restored things.

This problem seems to be resolved at the moment, although does still happen periodically, the screen shows a broken link on all channels but not as bad as it was.
