Can you please advise me if this is still no going or if this has been resolved?
If this is still on going, can you tell me if you've been able to try an alternative HDMI cable on the TV set, or even a new HDMI cable?
Do you have problems with the second box you also have installed? Is it also possible to switch the boxes over to see if this issue continues?
