I only signed up in November on an 18month deal, one of my boxes keeps freezing and taking hours sometimes to reset. I’ve tried phoning for help to no avail, I’ve used to text service but still not got anywhere, the box upstairs works fine which tells me perhaps the one that keeps crashing is faulty? I need it replacing asap or else I’m going to have to cancel my subscription as I’m not receiving the service I’ve been promised
You'll need to call VM Faults I'm afraid, this isn't a first-line faults reporting service.
And you probably won't appreciate hearing this, but even if you were able to cancel (which 2/3 months into an 18month contract, will be rather expensive) and planned to do so by post... you'll need to call in any case.
