I tried to log in to my account but keeps kicking me out to try and check status issues. However I switch box on and tv... and keeps saying no signal.
Any advice please? This has been a recurring issue since I joined. It isnt great. Someone help please.
Check that all connections between the following are tight:
If you've connected the HDMI cable to, say, the TV's HDMI1 port, check with you TV remote that this port is selected. If there is still a problem try another port or another HDMI cable.
