Tv box

Hi  I have recently moved my second virgin TV box upstairs and I was told by an operator that I could watch TV off the WiFi. This doesn't seem possible as it keeps stopping at 16% when searching. It also keeps coming up with code C233 even tho the strength is 71%.

What am I doing wrong?

You have been misadvised.

All TiVo, V6 & TV360 boxes require a co-ax cable connection for broadcast TV channels.

The Internet connection is only used for OnDemand, streaming & updates. The error codes are reflecting the missing co-ax cable feed.

You'll need a tech visit to install the additional cabling if you don't have it where you want to use the box.

Hey Pete2611, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry you are having some TV issues.

As mentioned above we would need to send you a tech out which I can help with.

I will send you a PM so we can discuss this, please look out for the purple envelope. Thanks
