Tv box not working

Hi all

We've currently been renovating our house for 6 months, which our virgin box has been off for this long.

I've gone to plug it all in today and it doesn't seem to be working.

The TV picks up the hdmi the virgin box is plugged into. The virgin box is on (power light light green) I've lost the remote and trying to use the tv control from the app but it stipulates that it isn't on the same network when I am. But there is no picture or anything coming up on my screen.

There is no fault with the hdmi as this has been plugged into something else and working perfectly.

 

Any help appreciated.

Hi Natalie,

it's possible that because the box has been off for so long that it needs reactivating.

Please try calling 0800 953 9500 to get your box reactivated.
