Hi there this morning my tv v6 box was flashing red for about 10/20minutes I turn it of at the back I then switch it back on from the back .now nothing comes on .my internet works .its my tv v6 box that I not getting anything

I'd recommend you call Virgin to report your failed box - 150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
Follow the options for "I have a fault"

Hi yer I did this afternoon a about 3,30pm was waiting 30 minutes no one answered I will try to call them tomorrow morning
From what I can see 0345 numbers are sometimes charged and as much as 30p per minute. If this is the case then the long wait time will cost a bomb. Best to check your providers cost.
03 numbers are landline rate numbers, and calls to them are charged exactly the same as calls to 01 & 02 numbers.
If your call allowance includes calls to landlines, it will include 03 numbers.
I have unlimited calls
I just got of the phone with costumes service after waiting over a hour on the phone today .they are sending out a engine tomorrow afternoon .glad I am off work for a week holiday
