Tv box continuously "starting up"

I've had this issue now for over 2 week, I leave the box off overnight and try again in the morning, I'm now at my wits end paying for a service I am not receiving, any help please?

Everytime I tried to contact I was redirected to the forums, which after 2 weeks I've decided to use, I've had many faults with virgin within my less than 2 year time with them where I know not to contact them over the phone, this always leads to further problems
