Some of my virgin tv channels are distorted, i have restarted box, replaced hdmi and checked wiring to the wall.
When I call VM they say call centre is closed due to coronavirus.
How does a paying customer receive support?

VM's call centres aren't closed, but some of them may be rather busy at times and even with many agents home-based, queues are quite large at times.
Realistically at the moment, there's 3 ways to report faults.
1: Use the text message service - 07533 051809, this may take a few days.
2: Wait on here for VM staff to respond, currently taking around a week.
3: Be patient and persistent with calling in - perhaps trying earlier in the day.
