Trying to order a new remote for V6 Box

The website just takes me to an error page. Can I get one ordered through here?

Jumping onto this thread as I posted a similar question. This page just takes me to an error. Is anyone else getting the same?

Hi ajo,

I've just tried the link and it's working for me.

Have you tried a different browser (I used Chrome)?

Or try incognito mode or clear your cache and cookies.

You may also be able to order a replacement using the My Virgin Media app

Failing that you can speak to Faults and order a replacement.  Call  150 from a Virgin phone, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call between 8am and 10am to avoid call queues, or late afternoon around tea time

If you don't want to be tied up on the phone you could try the text messaging service. Just send  a text with a description of replacement remote  to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible.

I have tried various browsers and devices and they all take me to the error page.

You said that the link works. Is this the original link or actually going through to the order page as it is this page that doesn't work for me.

That link is still working for me, screenshot below. I haven't gone any further as I now have a 360 box and not the V6.
