So i tried to order new remote as current one is broke .went the website but several times keep on getting a error message even tried on my mums virgin account but still the same. Any ideas anyone

Basic thing, but are you always trying on the same device/browser? That looks to me like a screenshot from a mobile device - nothing wrong with that, but does a desktop machine have the same issue?

Yes im on mobile and my mum was on desktop and tried my account on hers etc to rule it out
My phone works fine on the app remote control, but if i have no luck will probably just order one via Amazon etc cheers
