I have tried following instructions to transfer settings to a new box and it says"Success, wait 30 minutes"
I have done this several times but not working. Is it because the original box says "deactivated" that the box doesn't have any information to transfer.
If not, is it still possible to do it? As the only reason I changed boxes (because of 'green screen') and told I would lose recordings but could be able to retrieve Series settings.
Have seen previous messages about this but seen no suggestions or help.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with transferring your recordings.
We are are aware of an issues with transferring recordings and we are currently working on a fix, at the moment we have no further updates on this.
