Total fustration

I have spoken to 2 people at VM now as my V6 remote is very inconsistent. One told me that I need to phone back tomorrow to raise my issue as I have just raised one with him amd the other has told me that because there is no fault on their end that my remote will not be replaced. 

The amount of money I pay for my services and they won't replace a remote is ridiculous.

Call early morning (8-10am) on a weekday and you should get a UK call centre who should be more helpful.

I did phone this morning at 8.30am. The line was terrible and definately unhelpful. I will try Monday morning.
