Took stuck at starting up

Don't bother virgin ... I'm cancelling ALL my service's as you can't be **bleep** answering your phone's ... When I pretended to.be a new customer someone spoke to me straighy away ! Your customer service is rubbish.

I don't mean to sound rude hear at all, but have I missed another one of your posts as I can't seem to see what you need help with or what issues you're faced with? The reason you would have got through to someone would be that it is a complete separate team.
