The problem IS with your Tivo box. The arrow pointing to the box indicates a hard drive failure. All the messages on this post advised you to send a private message to Chris who was willing to help you this morning. The first response to your original post was from Chris (C_Butcher86)
Go to the second message on this thread and click on C_Butcher86
Then scroll down and click on
Send me a message
There you can send Chris a private message with your account and Tivo box details which nobody else will see. Chris can arrange a new Tivo box to be sent out if required.

Hi John_C3 your mail sounded hopeful and I think you might be right about the hard disk it's got that hunting sort of sound like it's trying to find the right sector & segment BUT I can't see a second message but Chris C_Butcher86 Is there any possibility you can arrange this for me ?
