Tivo box

I'm having trouble watching catch up and on demand , when I access either my tivo box shuts down , also I have problems viewing some programs on both Amazon prime and netflix , videos either won't play or its a error message saying not available right now or a black screen just sound , also happens when changing channels,  chanel takes a good while to appear or doesn't appear at all . Can Anyone help or having same issues.

Virgin tv

A foot note to my last post a couple of minutes ago , my tivo box has a ethernet cable to my router and my TV has a ethernet cable to my router and both are side by side

Are you using a TiVo or a V6? if you're not sure, check here 

The boxes connect differently, so advice differs.

I've pulled your posts into the same thread, just to confirm.. you're using a V6 (not a TiVo) box and it's connected by Ethernet to your homehub?

If you're getting a blank screen on VOD, are you watching on a 4K UHD TV by any chance? if yes, then disregard the lack of an error code and follow the advice on https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/604 

If your box is rebooting, that's another problem entirely.
