Tivo box stuck on starting up

My TiVo box is stuck on welcome screen and making a noise . Nowhere on the online troubleshooting guide does it offer advice so spent 40 mins waiting to speak to some one . Explained problem only for them to say second fix team will call back within 24 hrs. Still waiting 48 hrs later . Who do I need to contact to get sorted ? Not happy

Finally got an engineer out to replace the box . Was without tv Thursday to Monday
