After pausing my Tivo 6 box, the play is always jumpy. Its the same for all channels on Virgin. However, it works OK for streaming services like IPlayer and Netflix. I believe this is a hard-drive issue as it is failing to read and write smoothly. How to repair or replace please?

Sorry to hear of the issues with the jumpy services after you've paused the TV services.
Can you please advise me if this happens on Live TV only, or does this happen when using On Demand, Catch Up services?
Can you also tell me how much space you have left on the set top box for new recordings?

You have helped me fix this. I checked the available free disk space and it was ZERO. The disk was absolutely full. I did a full factory reset. Now it pauses and replays as smooth as silk. Thanks for taking the time to help.
