My tivo box is flashing red and white and the screen is stuck on " starting up..." .
Have unpluged and restarted but still nothing , any ideas ?
A box that won't bootup, has a fault.
Your best bet is to call VM to report this. 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 from another phone, choose the "I have a fault" options.
Virgin staff respond on these board, but it's not a real-time response and you might be waiting a few days.
