Tivo box is currently cyling red/white lights, it's not power cycling as it stays stuck on starting up, any ideas?
If your TV box isn't powering up, it sounds faulty. The quickest way to report this is to call in...
150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone).
VM staff respond on here, but it may take a few days.
