Today my Hub3 light turned orange for some reason rather than white.
Since then both by Tivo V6 will not connected to the internet. Both are wired via cat5 and worked with no issues.
All my other devices can connect to the internet including a wired router which is as an AP connected to the Hub3 via cat cable also.
I can see some channels but features such as APPs is not optional.
When I go into the network settings it just keeps saying failed to connect to the virgin media service
Any help would be great.
You've mentioned using a wired router - is your SH in modem mode or is it acting as a router?
Just checking that your V6 is connected to a router? If your SH is in modem mode, then only Ethernet port 1 is active - the rest are deactivated.
