My new Tivo box was fitted 3 days ago and it suddenly switched off and tried to reboot this morning.
It keeps getting stuck on the "Starting up..." page - which seems to be a fairly common issue.
The local service status is ok. I have rebooted it several times, checked connections, etc. However, it's still isn't working. I've also changed the HDMI cable and slots with no effect.
WiFi works fine and remote appears to be working as well.
Can anyone help?
A box that won't boot up is a faulty box.
I can only suggest calling VM Faults to report this.
