My tivo box was stuck on starting up screen and then rebooting. Now it is not turning on at all. I have checked power cables etc. Any ideas?

Assuming you've proven the plug and adapter as working, you probably need to call VM to report your service fault.
150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the "I have a fault with my TV service" option
