Tivo 6 box

I have 2 Tina v6 boxes. Both had an error code 7400. When I phoned  I was told they would have to be replaced. One came yesterday and one today. Today’s box was an old 500gb box. I phoned and asked why I was only given 1 v6 box and an old box. Eventually I spoke to a guy who said his manager told him I can only get 1 V6 box strange since  I started with 2. Also the manager didn’t have the cohonas to speak to me. I have tried contacting virgin tonight on my land line after 100 minutes got cut off, tried my mobile and got cut off after 64 minutes. Tried contacting by text and after 2 hours they dont answer that either. Judging by what I read earlier other customers say VM wont take back the 500gb boxes the customer has to take them to the recycling centre as they have no value so why then did I get one today. When  you are on hold They only have 3 songs and I’ve heard them in a loop for the last three hours and they wonder why everybody says there service is crap. The 64 minutes was onto disconnections they don’t bother answering the phone either! Absolutely pathetic no wonder you don’t see Richard Branson he’s probably laughing at the fact he owns a communications company that won’t speak to anybody

Hi Gareth 

thanks but after spending 16 hours on hold last week ruining my weeks holiday. I managed to get a Girl in retentions in Glasgow and she had me sorted out in 20 minutes. I know that sky have a dedicated line for vip sky customers. After being a virgin customer For 22 years it would be good if virgin provided a line for long serving customers. If you could sort for me that would be better

Glad to hear its all been fixed 

We do have a package similar to the one you mentioned with specialist support on the phones
