My TiVo V6 box was working until earlier and is now stuck on starting up. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting all cables, power off and on, etc. The online test from the Virgin Media website also fails.
I can't get through to customer services via telephone at the moment so hoping somebody online can help?
Can we please confirm if this is the only V6 in the property? If you have more than one, how are the others doing at the moment? Are they experiencing this as well or is it just the one box which has this happening?
