Have you completed all the basic checks, checked power supply, make sure all input cabling is connected correctly and fixed to wall socket correctly.

There could be a problem with the signal issue which is causing your fault.Can you PM me your account number and site id sibi can test the V6 remotely.

I have done all of the above more than once, I have done a service check and it says there is a fault, the problem is that you can't get through to Virgin at the moment.
