Woke up to loss of tv service.
stuck on ‘start up’ message.
standby button is flashing red and white and off.
network and Wi-Fi icons also flashing.
still got Wi-Fi and other TiVo in bedroom working ok. Tried rocker switching back of box numerous times and pressing standby and + button as suggested elsewhere.
please help. Customer support not answering phone (waited 40 mins)

First, check for known area faults on 0800 5610061.
Otherwise, you either have a fault or a failed software download. How is your V6 connected to your home-hub for onward connectivity?

both v6 boxes are connected via Wi-Fi.
only one is having this problem. I assume as one is still working fine and the other not it’s not due to service issue in area?
And now confirmed, no area issues.
Possibly one box has updated software and the other's got stuck.
Either way, I'd call in as a fault at this point. VM may be able to recover this remotely, or arrange a replacement box.
but they aren't answering the phones was waiting 40mins earlier today... will try again.
Finally they picked up the phone 🙂
They are sending a new box, should arrive in 2 days.
