TiVo v6 box stuck at starting up

Hi 

rebooted, unplugged and re set up TiVo v6 box after it randomly got stuck on channel and refused to go past the “starting up” screen. 

Read all the bits of advice and the tried each but no luck , called 150 identified there was issue with tv but can’t get through. How can i arrange for replacement box or get online help?

Call again first thing in the morning at 8am when the lines first open. It's usually least busy then.

When calling Faults you will probably ahve to go through a series of questions/tests again, if that doesn't resolve the problem then call back around 10 minutes later as the automated system should recognise that you've already been in contact and an agent should pick the phone up.
