So this evening my TIVO v6 stopped working. Its stuck on the starting up screen. I have tried to reset the box twice and nothing. We have waited a long time for it to come back on
Last week it came up with a green screen saying the DVR had a fault and needed 3 hours to recover but it did come back on.
I pay a lot for this service and I am deeply annoyed that it has failed in this way. I have run out of options so if anyone could help I would be grateful.

This error message means your hard drive has died, if it has recovered then another failure will only be a matter of time.
I'd suggest you call Virgin to report this.
