I’ve searched the forums extensively and followed all the reset/pairing tips ;

Home button works, on/off works, channel works. Mute doesn’t and volume doesn’t which are quite important.

the batteries have been renewed. I’m losing patience, as I’ve been at this since yesterday with no joy.

Would it be possible to obtain a replacement handset/remote ?
