TiVo not working

I got a new TiVo box installed yesterday, after the engineer finishes all was working fine. Last night and today I cannot use my TiVo boxes both are showing a solid blue light. I have done the check service status and nothing is out in my area.

Just to confirm...you've posted in the V6 board but are talking about a TiVo..
